Permian Basin
The lead project and the technical proof. The refinery design is validated against a 54-sample characterization of real Permian produced water, and sits on a supportive state regulatory pathway for beneficial reuse. This is the site that turns the model into demonstrated reality.
Wyoming DLE
A greenfield co-location model built to sit alongside direct-lithium-extraction operations — complement, not compete. It shows how the refinery scales beyond oilfield brine into adjacent mineral-rich streams.
St. Croix, USVI
The restoration narrative: a site whose industrial history scarred the surrounding coastline, proposed to be repurposed into a refinery that produces clean water and battery materials for America. Poison to purpose, made literal.
