For the resources everyone wrote off.
Caelumetrics exists to refine value out of what the world treats as waste — and to bring a strategic supply chain home in the process. A toxic liability becomes clean water, domestic battery materials, and critical minerals. That is the whole thesis, and it runs through every project.
Poison to purpose, at industrial scale.
Produced water and reject brine are the largest waste streams almost nobody talks about — billions of barrels the country pays to make disappear. Caelumetrics sees feedstock where industry sees liability, and a domestic supply chain where the map currently points overseas.
The company is built to be confident and honest in equal measure: mature engineering, a validated design, real feedstock data, and claims kept to exactly what can be stood behind. We would rather under-state and over-deliver.
Who's building it.
Randall Andrews
Fifteen years in mechanical engineering taught him to listen to a machine, find the rattle, and rebuild it to run better than new. He brought that same diagnostic mind to industrial process design — and to the integrated refinery at the heart of Caelumetrics, where he sees the whole system and exactly where it leaks value. Drives technology direction, strategy, and partnerships.
Dusty Sebren
A career in oil and gas spent on the high-pressure systems where the smallest oversight carries the largest consequence. Dusty survived a wellhead explosion that turned operational safety from a procedure into a conviction — the hard-won discipline it takes to build and run plants people can stand next to. Leads operations, build execution, and safety.
Justin Wallace
Eight years in oil and gas, then five as VP of stormwater and water mitigation at TeamGreen — where he engineered the compliance system that keeps operators and government agencies on the same side of state and local water mandates. He knows produced water from both the operator's bench and the regulator's desk, and how to build the pathway between them. Owns regulatory strategy, water systems, and permitting.

If you invest in, finance, or partner around domestic critical minerals and clean water — or you're a program officer evaluating the fit — reach out. We'll set up a conversation and, where appropriate, data-room access under NDA.
